Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. As many of our products are made to order, please allow this time before your order is shipped.
Delivery Times
We ship both within the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- UK Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- International delivery: 7–14 working days depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and chosen delivery method.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Where available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@adifferentending.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
