A Different Ending
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate, excluding the delivery carrier) receive the goods.
Special Conditions for Memorial Products
Please note:
- The right of withdrawal ends immediately once the QR code has been scanned.
- The right of withdrawal also ends if the adhesive backing has been removed or the product has been used or applied.
This is because the product becomes personalised and cannot be resold.
How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

You must send your withdrawal request within the 14-day period.
Returns & Refunds
If you withdraw within the valid period:
- You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
Once we receive the returned item (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Delivery costs will also be refunded, excluding any upgraded shipping options.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns where:
- The QR code has been scanned
- The product has been applied or used
- The item has been personalised or altered
Important Note
You are responsible for any reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature and function.
