We ship all orders from the UK. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be personalised and dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
We use Royal Mail and tracked courier services for all UK orders.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that international customers may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are personalised to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@adifferentending.com with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Plaques

If your Memorial Plaque is lost or stolen, our Plaque Protection Plan covers you for a full replacement linked to your existing memorial page.
